Build a country-specific request

Tell support where you will use the service and which channels, languages and programmes matter to you. Ask for current availability rather than relying on an old channel list. Country labels alone do not establish local-channel coverage, rights or availability while travelling.

UK, Ireland, USA and Canada

For the UK and Ireland, specify the exact channels and whether catch-up is required. For the USA and Canada, identify the local market or region when requesting local stations. Confirm the programme guide time zone and audio-language options. A national package name does not necessarily include every local affiliate.

France, Belgium, Germany, Spain and the Netherlands

Identify your preferred audio language and subtitle needs. For Belgium, distinguish the language groups you want to watch. For each country, provide a short list of essential channels and ask support to confirm them individually. Test playback and programme information on the device you intend to use.

Australia and travel

For Australia, verify the relevant local time zone and any regional channel requirements. If you travel, ask whether access is permitted from the destination and whether location restrictions apply. Confirm the applicable availability with the provider; do not assume your home-country package works everywhere.
